i’m making a new tumblr. e-e;

rackkewnodoom, for those who care to follow me over. I’m not going to do follow backs unless I really enjoy what you do, so I don’t feel bad for unfollowing and all that stuff. I’m going to start out fresh for the summer, and hopefully can keep up with it this time.

I’ve loved you all, and it’s been so much fun. <3 I just feel overwhelmed and stuff on this account, and I’m scared to continue it. I’ve changed slightly since I started this tumblr, and I’d like to start anew. Thank you all for helping me and what have you, but I need to move on, I guess.

Alright, so for 2D/3D art, we had to do mobiles. And, we needed a theme. Well, brilliant me thought DOCTOR WHO FIFTH SEASON YEA DOING IT.
And I did.
One word of advice— think about how thick the metal is and how you only have a hole puncher to make the holes before you decide on your theme. Cutting the shapes was no problem, but it was the details that killed my hand. ;n;
Anyway, here’s pictures of each of the shapes, and why I chose it, first off:

Sonic Screwdriver- This is obvious. :>
Bowtie- Because bowties are cool.

TARDIS- This is pretty obvious too. [I’m sorry there’s only three slots, but it’s already pretty long and cutting those holes WITH A HOLE PUNCHER was pretty horrible. About 70 hole punches in this thicker metal— my poor little knuckles were swollen. ;_;]

Fez- I make fezzes now. Fezzes are cool. [It’s been repainted since, and is a prettier red. ;u;’ Also, the reason why it’s painted— according to the constraints on this project, I had to have one shape colored (red or gold). So, I chose to paint the less detailed object to make it as equally appealing next to the others. c:]

Apple- To represent the first episode.

Star Whale- To represent the second episode. [I really like how he turned out :>]

Dalek- To represent the third episode. And what would my mobile be without one?

Halo- To represent the fourth/fifth episode and the Weeping Angels.
